We aim to delivery all items within 2 working days. However, in most instances your order will be dispatched on the first business day after your payment is received. Please note, orders placed over a weekend will usually be sent on the following Monday.
Carriage Charges
Our Carriage Charges are FREE for all UK Orders over £7.50.
All UK orders under £7.50 will be shipped with a Carriage Charge of £1.50.
European Orders will be shipped with a Carriage Charge of £2.00 flat rate.
International Orders will be shipped with a Carriage Charge of £2.50 flat rate.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not currently operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date. Note that newly introduced items are often difficult to restock at short notice.
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your precious ribbons, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition. However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening.
Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned. Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the return of goods that you simply don't like.
